Mtlexs participated in the Bombay Metal Exhange (BME) event organised to felicitate the Vedanta Resources Chairman Anil Agarwal with Dhaturatna Award to in Mumbai on June 12, 2015. Shri. Nitin Gadkari Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport,Highways & Shipping (GOVT. OF INDIA) and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtrsa Shri Devendra Fadnavis also graced the occasion.
 

Speaking at the event, Shri Agarwal discussed how he had started his career in Mumbai and expanded to the conglomerate Vedanta is today. He even promised to put up an industry in Maharashtra.
 

Also speaking during the event, the past presidents of BME congratulated Mr. Agarwal and spoke about his life and achievements. The main sponsors of the event, Mr. Rameshwarlal Kabra From Ram Ratan Group and Mr R Ramakrishnan from Polycab, also spoke about and praised Mr. Agarwal for his ambitious projects and efforts in the industry. They also mentioned about his charitable works.
 

A presentation on BME history was also made during the event. The proceedings were followed by an entertainment program by Ms. Sugandha Mishra.
