Mtlexs successfully participated at the Metalbulletin’s International Copper Conference in Lisbon, Portugal held on March 7-9, 2016.

During the event, the industry members spoke about India being the next big market for copper. Speaking on no warehouse capacity in India, Oscar Wehtje, Head of Product Development, said that there are some legal issues to holding stocks in a warehouse for more than 5 years. However, they are looking at sorting it out.
 

Industry minds and decision-makers shared their thoughts on challenging issues such as pressure on mining margins, production cuts – voluntary or otherwise and kick-start a price recovery. Chinese economic situation’s impact on the global metal industry are also discussed.
