MRAI To HOST 7TH INTERNATIONAL INDIAN MATERIAL RECYCLING CONFERENCE IN New Delhi
 
– Conference will be held on 8th,9th February 2020 in New Delhi

After the overwhelming success of six International Indian conferences, Material Recycling Association of India (MRAI) is organising 7th INTERNATIONAL INDIAN MATERIAL RECYCLING CONFERENCE on (7), 8th & 9th February 2020, at Hotel Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon, Delhi NCR.
 
The theme for the Conference is “Recycling to play an important role in the circular economy so as to minimise environmental impact, save our natural resource and enhance employment opportunities for the success of Swachha Bharat Abhiyan”.
 
Over 1500 national and international delegates are expected to attend and the conference will witness more than 60 speakers imparting their valuable insights on recycling with six knowledge based sessions.
 
Approximately 35 countries delegates are participating at this conference mainly from USA, UK, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Saudi-Arabia, Netherlands, Singapore and many more…. etc .
 
The world is moving towards a circular economy driven by green initiatives and resource efficiency with a view to minimize value destruction in the overall system and to maximize value creation. Therefore, saving our natural resources is an immediate priority to prevent future shortages. Material recycling is playing an important role to save our natural resources. A concept like circular economy, based on “Reduce-Reuse-Recycle” philosophy can provide a sustainable alternative to current consumption patterns.
 
This conference will reinforce the industry to have a vision to maximise the rate of recycling – end of life products and using finite resources (such as virgin material, ores and minerals) in a responsible manner.
 
The Government of India has recently announced various policies and programmes such as National Material Recycling Policy, Steel Scrap Policy, Vehicle Scrappage Policy, National Resource Efficiency Policy which would also play an integral part in the Government’s initiatives under “Swachha Bharat Abhiyan” and “Make in India”.
